Your malleable nature will be put to the test this month as clients make some heavy demands. Look at it as testament to your creative talents that you are requested. However, showing up for work early and staying late can take its toll. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness. Seek out someone who might not be too busy, like the co-worker who appears to be crafting a dinosaur out of stringing paper clips.

Aries

Stalled design projects return to the active file this month and you'll need to breathe new creative life into them. Aries people are aggressive leaders and you will be looked upon to take a key role in making the success of these lingering projects come to fruition. However, use your subordinates wisely without cracking a stinging whip to bring about effective results and watch your back. You don't want an office mutiny on your hands that could leave you as a leader of one—yourself.

Taurus

Vying for attention this month will not be easy. A plethora of projects has come down the proverbial pipe and everyone is doing their thing and churning out creative stuff. You might feel as invisible as a gnat on the back of King Kong. Try not to be unoriginal or rigid. Taureans do not like being pushed too hard, so keep your keen wit and let Venus, your planet of health and work, guide you through this busy time.

Gemini

February could be the month you leap into a management position around the 28th. Your interview for the Creative Director job went exceedingly well and you made the other applicants look like open toe sandals on a suit. Stating that you enjoy multiple projects going on simultaneously might have sealed the deal. Your comment about loving your job so much, you'd do it for nothing, didn't hurt your chances either.

Cancer

People under the sign of Cancer do not like being told what to do. Perhaps you're thinking about opening up your own design business this month, enabling you to be your own boss. Don't abandon your day job just yet, the timing might not be right for such a risky undertaking. Continue to be subordinate at work and don't stand toe-to-toe with supervisors on every creative decision, right or wrong. You don't want to be the type who only opens his mouth to change feet.

Leo

The element of the Leo Zodiac sign is fire and you need a hot design concept or two this month to rekindle attention toward your talents. Your need to shine might not be enough. Spend some time coming up with a 'wow' idea and then put your design skills to work. Consider teaming up with someone you trust. In most cases, two heads are better than one, unless one of the heads is renting out space.

Virgo

A few accolades come your way this month as you impress a couple of new clients with your designs. Don't rest on your laurels though because some of your regular hard-to-please customers are going to challenge you. One client, in particular, can be as difficult as Chinese calculus. Stay focused and don't get frustrated. Sooner or later, one of your creations will cause a stir and hopefully it won't involve a swizzle stick, ice cubes and a potent mixed drink.

Libra

The dam has broken and your creative juices are splashing around looking for direction. Unfortunately, design projects have come upon an early year drought. It's bound to change. In the meantime, try to keep that creative energy harnessed until workflow begins to increase. Latter part of the month should become active again around the 20th and you can start pouring those long-awaited fresh ideas into new jobs. Hopefully you still remember them.

Scorpio

You're indeed passionate about your work Scorpio and you love being involved and in charge. However, you need to pull back and give other designers on your creative team some room to breathe. Have you noticed them gasping for needed air recently? Hovering over them will only stifle their creativity and cause the office atmosphere to hang heavily with frustration. When you feel the urge to micro-manage, take a walk outside and take a deep breath but make sure you're not in the smoking area.

Sagittarius

Sagittarians enjoy getting to the heart of the matter. This is a good time to play detective and find out why there is a disconnect between a few of the designers on your creative team and the copywriters. Perhaps the designers are not explaining their concepts clearly or the writers are subtly catering to their own ideas and missing the point. Either way, it's not a very productive situation and should be rectified before they settle their differences in a wrestling match.

Capricorn

Be glad there is one extra day in February this year Cap because this is a hot month for you. You've got it, so flaunt it. Your designs are being well received and there are enough pats on the back to cause muscle soreness. You're leaping to impressive heights. But remember, what goes up must come down, so don't let this wave of popularity increase your hat size with pumped-up ego.
