Trying to be creative for a book with the mind numbing title, "Deterministic Algorithms in Problematic Randomness" is enough to make you sign up for a weekend of transcendental meditation. Professionalism can quickly turn into a slurring, sloppy, embarrassing mess after one too many cold ones are sucked down with wild abandon. Before you know it, you're making promises you cannot keep, offering to do projects for next to nothing and then wondering a week later how you got stuck taking care of a client's screaming, bratty kids for a weekend

Until then, early mornings and late nights at the office will put a painful cramp in your social life. On the brighter side, when March comes in like a lion, it usually goes out like a lamb. But beware of April. It comes in like a fool.

There's an air of change in the workplace this month Cap. The change might be in company ownership; or it might be in managerial positions; or it might be in personnel on your creative team. Then again, it might just be a change in the office background music or a new hairstyle on another designer. If it is a designer's hairdo change, pray now that it's the one whose spiky-striped hair makes her look like she's sitting under a zebra.

Aquarius

Sharpen your verbal skills this month. You might have to present a concept for an ad campaign around the 24th that a client has requested. Your company wants to land this juicy contract and the pressure is on you to make it happen. Stay focused and outwardly confident, even if internally you are as jiggly as gelatin mold in an earthquake. Avoid opening your presentation with, "Okay, dude, we have an awesome idea here that's gonna, like, blow the roof off this joint!"
