You need to measure up to your symbol, the Archer, this month and refine your aim. Lately, you've been off the mark and missing the target. It could be just a bad streak or it might be a sign that something deeper is going on. Try some introspection. Sagittarians are blindly optimistic and at times careless. Capricorn

Your deep Capricornian need to take charge and manage projects is fine in a pinch, but there's a tendency to bang heads with your creative director in the long term. Your money planet is Mars and that's a lot closer than your career planet, which is Pluto. Somehow you need to bring those planets together this month and seek a pay increase at your design firm. However, be aggressive but not overly dramatic in your approach for a hike in salary. Aries

With Arian traits like courage, independence and self-reliance, your creative team will look to you as the main liaison between them and new clients this month. You'll need to be at your demonstrative best during presentations. However, don't put extra pressure on yourself by dwelling on the critical importance of first impressions and how they can make or break continuous business for the company. Taurus

You might have your hands full with a new designer this month who is temporarily under your guidance. You'll need to remain unshaken in trying to get this new co-worker to be more conceptual and less literal. You're dealing with someone who would probably identify the image in a Rorschach Inkblot Test as "a splatter of black ink." But being an even-tempered, slow to anger Taurian, you'll overcome this challenge and still have some hair left on your head.

Gemini

Being nervous and tense is not going to help you cope with the onslaught of year-end, deadline-driven projects this month. Perhaps you need one of those mood-altering CDs that plays soothing sounds like ocean waves, rain showers or babbling brooks to help you relax. Take a deep breath and attempt to communicate with your inner self. Just don't communicate too loudly or others will know the babbling is not coming from a brook.

Cancer

Office distractions are aplenty this month with co-workers' anniversaries and birthdays thrown into the overall mix of upcoming holiday spirit. Concentration will be a tad difficult and you'll need to separate yourself somewhat from the party people. Dabble occasionally in the fun but don't let it dilute the quality of your work. Before meeting any clients to present your design concepts, it might be a good idea to remove your party hat and hide any colorful cake icing smudges on your clothes.

Leo

Autumn is a very strong time of year for you creatively. Your Zodiac colors are gold, orange and red and your designs are brilliantly capturing the autumnal season by using them. Leos are self-confident with great leadership capability and you're going to make it all work for you this month. You'll really hit your stride around the 20th. Make the most of it because the approaching grayish drab of mind-numbing winter is waiting to give you the cold shoulder.

Virgo

Client visits, phone calls, pages, e-mails, text messagesóyou have all the lines of communications humming this month. The mayhem might overload your inner circuitry. Step back and take a breather to recharge your brain's electrical system. You want creative sparks, not a cranial burn out. Fortunately, those under the Virgo sign are meticulous and reliable, so you won't let anyone or anything fall through the cracks or, more importantly, crack up.

Libra
