Mission
The longevity of the Nina Mercedez brand in conjunction with a free side paysite that was not search engine optmized started to create some issues for the entity. Due to the popularity of Vivid girl, Nina Mercedez, she was fighting against her own name with the search engines. As the index was not optimized and the rest of the site was not easily navigated, we had to move fast to get the site search engine and user friendly.

Value Proposition
The brand was to have a very luxurious and sensual look and feel, like Nina herself. She wanted it to have a high class feel that let members know they belong to a quality-based club that continues to deliver as promised.
Strategy
The free side of the site was reworked to make for better overall navigation for the user and more efficient use of the real estate on the pages. The index page was reworked to be search engine friendly.
Results
• Conversions up 40%.
• Captured desired keyword phrases by optimizing the index page only, no purchased traffic.
• Alexa went from 225,000 to 39,039, showing a big increase in traffic.
